When you really know who you are in Christ, you trust Him. You don’t experience the emotional insecurity of the world around you when you know the security of the kingdom of God living within you. When you have a revelation of who you are in Christ—when you believe in everything that is yours because He paid with His life for you to own it—you have peace no matter what happens around you. When you genuinely believe Him in your heart, you trust Him.
God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). So don’t let your heart be troubled. Trust in God. Trust in Jesus. Trust the Holy Spirit within you. When you know who you are in Christ, fear has no power in your life.
Blessed are those who have not seen but have believed (John 20:29).
Trust Him.
