Open to Receive

Your words were found, and I ate them,

And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart;

For I am called by Your name,

O Lord God of hosts.

—Jeremiah 15:16 (NKJV)

 

Have you ever read a verse in the Bible and the Holy Spirit spoke to you suddenly through the words in that verse? He gave you certain direction and insight where you had sought Him. And you knew without a doubt that you had received a divine revelation from the Holy Spirit. 

 

There is nothing like knowing you have heard His Word that is just for you. You take it into your heart. You digest its promise. It becomes who you are. It is the joy and the rejoicing of your heart. 

 

The Lord God has called you by name. You are His. He has a divine revelation for you. Trust Him. Open your mind and heart to receive the Word He speaks to you. Whatever He imparts to you, just believe. Whatever He says to you, just do. According to what you believe, you receive.
