This I declare:
You love me, Lord! I live in the shelter of your protection. I find rest in your presence.
You alone are my refuge and my place of safety.
You are my God, and I trust you.
You rescue me from every trap of the enemy.
You draw me close and shield me in time of danger.
You defend me from deadly disease.
Your faithful promises are my armor and protection.
I will not be afraid of the terrors of the night nor the arrow that flies in the day.
I will not dread the disease that stalks in darkness nor the disaster that strikes at midday.
Though death is around me, it will not touch me.
No evil will conquer me, and no plague will come near my home.
You give your angels orders to protect me wherever I go. They raise me up so I will not even hurt my foot on a stone.
I will walk upon the enemy and crush him under my feet.
You rescue and protect me because I trust in your name.
When I call, you answer. You are always with me.
You will reward me with long life and grant me your salvation.
