I Can Only Praise

“Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever” (Psalm 106:1, NIV).

I am thankful for the moment you came into my life. Everything changed in that instant. I was no longer alone. I was no longer bound in the prison of my past. In that instant I knew I was loved no matter what I had done or been. Your love has set me free to be me. You always see my potential and lift me above circumstances that try to destroy me. You walk with me everyday, but more incredibly and wonderfully you live inside me. It is your heart that lives in me, and it is your forgiveness that flows. I have none of my own. You make all the difference. You make my life complete, and for that I cannot give you enough thanks.
This morning I give you all my praise and all the joy in my heart. Thank you for always believing in me when I failed to see your promise. You are my life, and my God. I love you, Jesus, for loving me beyond measure–for loving me beyond anything my limited mind can imagine. You are the “GREAT I AM” who loved me enough to give everything for me. In your constant and enduring love, I am fulfilled. You are my promise, and abiding joy.
